Each year on the first Monday in May, fashion and Hollywood’s elite dress up in their most glamorous looks for the Met Gala. This year’s event, which was set to be themed “About Time: Fashion and Duration,” was postponed indefinitely as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. In honor of the fashion moments that should have been shown on the red carpet tonight, we took a look back at some of the most iconic Met Gala looks of the past.
