Le Bilboquet

Everyone knows and loves Zizikis, but have you paid its neighbor a visit? Le Bilboquet, a French for cup-and-ball game, is a great place for game day with the girls. The light and airy dining room is a breath of fresh air and their brioche french toast is to die for!

Taverna

Known for its pizza and pasta, Taverna on Knox is a hidden gem when it comes to the brunch bunch. The cute, quaint restaurant offers $3 mimosas and bellinis to go along with one of the best egg benedicts in town. This is the supreme deal for brunchers on a budget!

Street’s Fine Chicken

Nothing says Texas like fried chicken. Want to kick off game day southern style? Street’s Fine Chicken is the perfect place. This homey and hearty brunch stop serves southern favorites like chicken and waffles, biscuits, and bacon. Be sure not to miss their $4 mimosa deal!

HERO

Everyone’s brunch game needs saving sometimes… and here is your Hero. Located in Victory Park this massive, open-air eatery is sure to seat and satisfy even the biggest of girl gangs. The HG owned Breakfast of Champions not only has an extensive, mouthwatering brunch menu but also tons of boozy beverages including an enormous shareable mimosa or “mega-mosa”. Worried about having so much fun you won’t want to leave? You don’t have to; HERO has a plethora of tv screens so don’t worry, you won’t miss our next win!

Encina

Some brunches are worth driving for, and Encina is one of them. Located 20 minutes from campus, this bishop arts spot is adorable. Here you’ll find all your brunch favorites with a twist: stuffed french toast, kale biscuits & gravy, blue pancakes, and even $5 pineapple mimosas. Be sure to give yourself some time to walk the area before heading to the boulevard, you won’t want to miss the street art and boutiques!

State + Allen

To some brunch is a meal, but at State + Allen it’s a state of mind. This all american brunch spot is anything but basic. While they offer traditional favorites like steak & eggs and fun fusion items like crab cake benedict, State + Allen believes mimosas are the best food group of the weekend. You won’t want to miss their mimosa deals of $3 mimosas from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Weekends + a build your own mimosa bar!

Bonus: If you bring your own coffee mug to brunch, State + Allen will fill it up complimentary!

Happiest Hour

Every hour is happy hour on game day. With an indoor dining room and outdoor patio, Happiest Hour will have you covered rain or shine. Not only do they have specialty brunch cocktails, but they are home to bites you can’t find anywhere else. Don’t you want some boozy french toast sticks and chocolate mint overnight oats? I know I do… This is the perfect spot for a great grub or just an all day affair.

The Standard Pour

If you’ve been here you know there is nothing standard about this spot. Known for exceeding all expectations, The Standard Pour is a great time and great go-to. Here you’ll fall in love with the famous chicken strips and waffles, avocado toast, and of course who could forget their St. Germain Mimosa bar.

Did someone say brunch board? Dahlia sure did! This spot has taken a unique approach to brunch serving waffle boards, short rib sliders, brunch biscuits and so much more. The creativity doesn’t stop at the food, they also have an extensive alcoholic and non alcoholic drink menus with amazing deals. Can’t wait until game day to try it? You don’t have to! At Dahlia brunch is served Friday-Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Just because the game is at 6 doesn’t mean you have to skip out on brunch before the boulevard.
