Want to step up your athleisure game? SMU Look got the opportunity to try on the latest trends in athletic wear at Bandier in Highland Park Village. One trip to the store and we are already wanting to buy that outfit, book that spin class, and show off our cute new leggings. Long gone are the days of feeling drab while you exercise, these outfits are sure to make heads turn whether you are walking to class or working out. The all white storefront will make you want to try on everything hanging on the clothing racks. If you want to achieve the looks of bloggers with the likes of Something Navy, Devin Brugman, Tasha Oakley, and We Wore What’s Danielle Bernstein then this is the place to go. Bandier carries ultra cool brands such as Ultracor, Nike, APL, Koral, P.E. Nation and Krewe. We followed SMU students Elizabeth Orscheln and Kate Sutton while they shopped at Bandier.
Liz and Kate are yin and yang when it comes to the first look. Kate is glowing in the perfect all white ensemble. If you wear this legging and bra duo, you will be catching the envious glances of fellow onlookers. Kate also models the Chimi clear sunglasses and shiny new Veja sneakers. Liz is sporting a more edgy look with black detailed leggings, a simple v-neck sports bra, a spunky sweatshirt and Krewe sunglasses. Adding a bit of edge to your workout wardrobe could be that extra motivation to work harder. It’s a simple fact, if you look good, you feel good.
Lighting bolts are trending this season and this lighting bolt ensemble has us feeling electrified. Liz looks ready to take off for that jog on the Katy Trail. The lighting bolts are selling fast, so act fast before they are all sold out. Kate is wearing the new Varsity Collection top and pants, ready to take to the SMU campus for a lap around school. The simple lines make it easy to wear for any occasion and will put you in an athlete’s mindset.
Everyone wants a pair of the new trendy APL shoes to wear around school. Bandier has a large stash with many colors in their Highland Park Village Store. Let’s face it these white Nikes are dope and we all want them on our feet pronto.
Founded in 2014, Bandier is the place to shop for trendy athletic wear. You might even catch yourself with a hefty list in your checkout cart once you search their online website. Luckily we go to SMU and have a Bandier store only a 5 minute drive away in Highland Park Village.
If you are ever in New York, be sure to check out the flagship store that includes Studio B, a workout studio that looks as cool as it is hard.
Now it’s time to flaunt your new clothing and get sweating!
We would like to thank Courtney at Bandier in Highland Park Village for giving us the opportunity to have so much fun shooting these looks. We will be back soon!
