Our guide on what to wear on game days!
A common theme among SMU students is their shared love for football season. However, there is a lot more to game days at SMU than students gathering to cheer on our favorite Mustangs. A typical game day for SMU students start with brunch at one of the many local brunch institutions, a Dallas weekend right of passage, followed by an afternoon of Boulevarding where SMU students are always dressed to impress. Football season is almost the equivalent of fashion week for SMU girls and the Boulevard is their runway.
One of the longest-standing SMU traditions is wearing a white dress at the first Boulevard. Whether you are going for a simpler look or something more extra, a classic white dress will never fail you.
If white isn’t for you, show your spirit by sporting red or blue!
Mustang fans never fail to support their team, even during an away game. You may not be able to see the boys play in person, but you can still show your support by dressing up and attending a watch party.
