Especially those who just wish for the day to be over as soon as possible.

Now, who says sleepovers are just for little kids? Have a movie night, order takeout, and do a self-care routine for the night. It doesn’t matter as long as you can wholeheartedly say that you had fun. At this age, we are all consumed with so many distractions and obligations that we sometimes forget we do need to invest in ourselves. A sleepover is just the thing that one needs when trying to reestablish self-care back into their life by being around the ones that matter most.
