Attention all Dallas lifestyle snobs, your newest wellness haven is officially open for business.
Brand new and right off the Katy Trail in Turtle Creek, “The Terminal” is a mixed use development hosting retail, beauty, wellness, restaurants and luxury residences. Essentially, you can workout, relax, dine, party and feel revived all under one roof — the ideal lifestyle.
You may have already spotted O2, the fitness studio that’s taken over every SMU sorority girl’s Instagram feed. With beautifully designed workout spaces that are among the most aesthetic in Dallas, the yoga studio features premium Bala equipment, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the room in natural light. O2 offers an array of classes, including hot yoga, mat Pilates, and reformer Pilates in this exquisitely curated environment.
Next up is Knockout Beauty, a skincare consultancy that boasts an impressive selection of high-end skincare, haircare, and makeup brands. Their spa services—including facials, a lash and brow bar, massages, and waxing—make it the perfect stop for a last-minute glow-up before a formal.
Rounding out the wellness offerings is Alive + Well, a comprehensive wellness ecosystem dedicated to holistic health. They provide functional medicine, holistic therapies, a pharmacy, and spa services, merging modern technology with ancient practices. Highlights include IV therapy, oxygen chambers, and cold plunges. While they are not a primary care provider, they offer monthly memberships and day passes for those seeking to prioritize their health.
When it comes to dining, The Terminal features two exciting options: Le PasSage and Rose Café. Both establishments boast gorgeous patios overlooking the trail and are spearheaded by the talented Chef Bruno Davaillon and Stephan Courseau of Travis Street Hospitality. If you’re a fan of their work at Knox Bistro or Georgie, these new spots should be on your list.
Both dining venues have just opened. Rose Café promises a locally inspired menu perfect for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and will likely become a beloved stop for Katy Trail walkers. Le PasSage, on the other hand, will offer a fine dining experience with a unique French and Southeast Asian fusion menu, open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Designed by the acclaimed Michael Hsu, the interior takes inspiration from the Orient Express, masterfully blending Western elegance with Asian luxury.
Finally for the shopaholics, Wild Blue is already open and ready to impress. This luxury retail brand offers everything from formal dresses to home decor, along with a carefully curated selection of pre-owned designer items. Its similar to TheRealReal, but the selection is more refined. With only two other locations in New York and Montauk, you already now the selection is exceptional. And it’s conveniently located right across from O2—perfect for a day of Pilates, shopping, and strolling along the Kady Trail.
Looking to the future, it is exciting to see the opening of a new lifestyle haven. Maybe its the start to a whole new area of the Trail!
