We’ve all been there… you’ve been super busy and all of sudden it’s the morning of Halloween and you have no idea what to wear for your Halloween party tonight. It’s too late to order something on Amazon, and you just don’t have time to make a trip to Party City.
If Halloween snuck up on you this year, don’t worry! Here are a few super easy costume ideas that you can pull together with items you definitely already have in your closet!
Decades
It’s super easy to throw a costume for pretty much any decade together!
My go-to is, a good pair of bell-bottom jeans, a fun, flowy top, and any pair of tinted sunglasses makes for the perfect 70’s flower power hippie! Paint some suns and peace signs on your face for an extra groovy touch!
Be a 50’s chick with some cat-eye sunglasses, a cute neck scarf, and a leather jacket.
If you have any fun, bright athleisure, you can be an 80’s flash dancer!
Cowgirl
This is Texas, so there’s a good chance you have a flannel and cowboy boots in your closet. Pair them with your favorite jeans or jean skirt, and you’re ready for the rodeo!
And if you’re feeling fancy, anything with fringe or a fun cow print is a great addition!
Robber
Pair a black and white striped shirt with black jeans/jean skirt and black boots. If you don’t have a black beanie, you can DIY a black eye-mask or even paint one on! (Sack of stolen money optional)
This also makes for a great duo costume if you have a friend who wants to be a cop!
