Elizabeth Johnson, an SMU sophomore double-majoring in EMIS and accounting, definitely has a particular sense of style. A quick scroll through her Instagram page (@elizabeth.m.j) will show you: it’s hyper-feminine, with pastels, bows, and ruffles reigning supreme. And we’re obsessed.
“It’s low-key toddler chic,” she says. “If I had to put my style in a brand, it would definitely be Love Shack Fancy. It’s my favorite.”
She loves the blog Sweats & The City (@sweatsandthecity), and her biggest piece of style advice is to never shy away from color.
“I feel like people go for all-black a lot, but don’t be afraid to make a statement with color,” Elizabeth says. “Don’t be afraid of a winter white moment, for example.”
She credits her sense of style to her mom.
“I was dressed like this as a kid for sure – like colorful, florals, a very Southern vibe,” says Elizabeth.
